Robert A. Cigale, P.G., brings over 20 years of diversified professional environmental consulting experience to Endpoint. Mr. Cigale is a licensed Professional Geologist in Wisconsin and Illinois and registered PECFA consultant. His areas of expertise include: soil and groundwater investigations related to PECFA, BRAC and Brownfield redevelopment sites, remedial options evaluations, Phase I & II ESAs, remedial design and due diligence associated with third-party liability transfers. Mr. Cigale's client base includes chemical manufacturers, redevelopment authorities, municipalities, real estate developers, attorneys and utilities. Mark J.K. Penzkover, P.E., brings over 19 years of professional environmental consulting and civil engineering experience to Endpoint. Wade C. Wollermann, P.E., is a licensed Professional Engineer in Wisconsin, Illinois and Texas and a PECFA consultant with over eight years of experience in civil and environmental engineering and construction management. Mr. Wollermann’s expertise includes design and construction of industrial water/wastewater collection and treatment systems, sanitary sewer evaluation studies, sanitary and storm water collection systems and groundwater remediation systems. Gary A. Fahl, is a Senior Advisor for Endpoint with over 27 years of private sector manufacturing experience. Mr. Fahl's executive level management experience focused on developing, planning and implementing innovative global environmental and safety strategies including ISO 14001 registrations. Kelly M. Peters, is a Senior Consultant at Endpoint with over 13 years of experience in environmental, health and safety management. Joseph E. Mentzer, P.E., is a Senior Engineer with Endpoint and is responsible for the management of projects involving the storage, handling, and processing of regulated chemicals, including flammable and combustible liquids, hazardous chemicals, compressed gases and regulated solids. His 19 years of experience also includes inspection, design and recertification of existing equipment, negotiation with regulatory agencies, facility planning and design, construction oversight, updating client designs to meet current requirements, inspection of facilities and equipment prior to acquisition and assisting clients in resolving regulatory compliance issues.
